our friend victoria metcalf of style NV told us about this amazing blog jjjjound.com she had found, where the images above and below have been taken from. the blog is just images: which really appeals to me as a photographer, and what a fab selection they are, so eclectic and inspiring, anyone who’s doing picture research needs to go there straight away, i know i will be a regular visitor whenever i need cheering up, or am in need inspiration thanks jjjjound.com for bringing all these great pictures to our attention.

i recently had the pleasure of meeting and spending a day with jennifer guerrini-maraldi and photographing her lovely home/art gallery in battersea south london. after a very successful career working in the fashion media, jennifer now deals in the art of indigenous artist from her home country of australia, the works which she has on display all around her home have such an amazing clamming effect, i really would love to own one but there so many to choose from it would be a long & difficult process. this new path that jen has chosen is clearly very close to her heart, her passion for the works was clear to see when she started to explain some of the meanings behind the paintings and sculptors. to see the whole picture story go to gap interiors

it’s ready, it’s ready, it’s ready …… the new location site is ready! lots and lots of new pictures of all the changes within the house, decor, furniture & accessories, we are very excited and very tired.next on the long ‘to do’ list is the shop @ www.sevenandeight.com launching just as soon as we can get all the content ready. no rest for the wicked as they say, we must have been a bad boy & girl in a past life, but i don’t remember, and i am sure we didn’t mean it.we will now start blogging about wonderful stuff around our neighbourhood of dalston, decor ideas we like & interesting bits and bobs where we find them, what was that about rest?………

Another day some more sneak previews of the new colour scheme, @ www.location78.com the whole set will I promise be online V soon, we feel this is the most exciting of all the new developments, the black walls ceiling and floor of the living room of which we are super proud of all our hard work, and very excited to hear what everyone thinks, the black or if you like very dark grey is such a great foil for bright colours it makes for a great background to make the colours of the new pieces POP, I have already shot my first commission here since the decorative changes for a luxury Christmas gift guide, pictures soon on www.grahamatkinshughes.com , more previews tomorrow

here’s a sneak peak at what we have in store for the photography for our new www.location78.com web site hopefully live by the end of next week, showing all the new improvements we have made to the house with our updated colour palette, and the best thing all our new pieces of furniture which will hopefully make shooting here even better than it was before, it’s basically all about making a good thing better in our humble opinion we do hope you’ll agree,

Wow what a month we are having, it’s been non stop shooting, with new and old clients and it’s set to continue for the next few weeks. in between all that, we have found the time to build some new sites optimized for the new generation of mobile device, www.grahamatkinshughes.com for our photographic site plus the new www.location78.com site will be with us soon. We are just about to launch our new site www.sevenandeight.com, which will have more fun stuff on it, a shop stocking fashion and homeware, vintage and new plus a selection of limited edition prints by Graham, will be one element, plus an online folio for jo’s styling, it’s all go go go. If that weren’t enough, we’ve been changing some stuff at the location and there will be new sets of interior photography to show off the new colours & furniture it’s all just generally making a good thing better, we are whacked but really excited, keep checking back for new developments as and when they happen
